*In rare cases both my supplier and I may not have your chosen base in stock. If this happens I will contact you right away and send you a refund, or arrange to dye the color on a different base for you.

If you order ready-to-ship yarn in the same order, all yarn will be shipped together once the dyed-to-order yarn is ready.

International Shipping is based off of weight and will be calculated once you enter your address. I do not add on any "handling" fees, so the shipping you pay is exactly what I pay the shipping carrier.
