Cordelia is one of my colorways inspired by Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery.

"Anne Shirley," reluctantly faltered forth the owner of that name, "but, oh, please do call me Cordelia. It can't matter much to you what you call me if I'm only going to be here a little while, can it? And Anne is such an unromantic name."

20% Kid Mohair
55% SW Merino
25% Nylon

I wanted a fingering weight yarn that was soft, warm, and also strong -- no one wants socks that pill after the first wearing. Kid Mohair (the "fuzz") is an incredibly unique animal fiber that adds warmth and strength to fabric. The little fuzzy fibers create an insulating halo that hugs your skin and also prevents pilling. The more you wear and touch it, the fuzzier it gets -- without damaging the fabric!
